sarl3e is the export division of Biovitec, a French producer of meat starter cultures and of Les Laboratoires français, a French producer of dairy starter cultures. We have been exporting our starter cultures since 2005 to many countries in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

In the dairy industry, we have a strong expertise in fermented milk products such as set yoghurts, stirred and drinking yoghurts, ayran, kefir or sour cream as well as in cheese such as fresh cheese, feta, gouda, cheddar and pizza cheese… We also offer very efficient bio-protective cultures against yeast and molds.

Additionally we will showcase on our booth a new product, Appibuster, made by our partner company in France, Bestico, consisting of a blend of yeasts acting as a repellant against flies in cow farms.
